According to the report of a foreign news agency, under the country’s Muslim laws, fans can be fined or jailed for wearing short dresses during the World Cup.
Non-Qatari women are not expected to follow the country’s strict Muslim dress code and wear the abaya, but covering the shoulders and knees will be mandatory.
